David currently holds the BPCA / RSPH Level Two Certificate in Pest Control which is regarded by the Industry as the foremost qualification in competence and expertise. He is also an associate member for The Royal Society for the Promotion of Health.
As well as being a servicing company member to the National Pest Technicians Association ( NPTA ), David is also an active member of the newly formed U.K pestcontrollers organisation (UKPCO). This new governing body requires strict guidelines and working practices from its members.

General Health & Safety Policy Statement
The company, otherwise known as D.Parnell Pest Control Services is committed to the achievement of a high standard of health, safety and welfare at work for any of its employees and anyone who may be affected by their operations. The company will:
1.1 Comply with the spirit and the letter of current Health and Safety legislation, approved codes of practice and authoritative guidance literature.
1.2 Ensure so far as is reasonably practicable, that the Company conducts its undertakings in a manner such that any employees, and others on or about the premises are not exposed to risk to their safety or health.
1.3 Encourage staff to co-operate and work together in an endeavour to reach and continually improve high standards in health and safety related matters.
1.4 Ensure that while the Proprietor: David Peter Parnell of the company accepts his legal and moral responsibility for health and safety at work, any employees accept the responsibility placed on them by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (Sections 7 & 8). The company will support these endeavours by:
